Jacksonville Jaguars Season Prediction

The hype was there for a good season in 2016 season but ended in disappointment in a 3-13 record. They fired Gus Mid-season and hired Doug Marrone as their head coach in the offseason. Also, coming back to the organization is the legend Tom Coughlin as their Vice President in Football Operations.  Jacksonville in Free Agency signed three big free agents in Veterans Calais Campbell, Barry Church, and a conference rivals best cornerback in AJ Bouye that was really needed!!

Looking at the Schedule, The jaguars are projected to have the fifth easiest schedule.  I believe the Jags will win the south and will be a wildcard team this season. The Texans lost their best cornerback and have a rookie quarterback that will take his rookie pains and development, The colts offseason was good,  Added good players of defense like their draft pick of Mailk Hooker, but their valuable piece Andrew luck will be out for a unknown amount of time, and the Titans will be the biggest threat to the jags as in the off-season, they added some much needed secondary help with former Jag safety Johnathan Cyprien, Logan Ryan, and Adoree’ Jackson will help their 30th ranked secondary defense. Along with help in their receiving core.

Prediction 10-6  –  The Defense was 6th last year in total defense and will be even better with the additions. Not to mention, Paul is finally going back to his original Linebacker position will help as Jack goes to the outside because Paul’s lack of speed.  Being that Doug Marrone is an offensive mind, he will find ways to minimize Blake’s turnover problems and rely on the running game & Defense. Although, the offensive line blocking will be very instrumental in making that happen. The weapons on offense will give plenty of options to Blake to use and his decision making will be Vital.
