Jacksonville Jaguars training camp draws near questions to be answered

Remember how TIAA Bank field soaked in the sun while fans embraced Minshew Mania? Down and distance was more on the mind of fans than social distancing. How things have changed in just a few months.

As the calendar months continue to fly by, summer means the return of pro football. The Jacksonville Jaguars have plenty of hope heading into training camp. Most of all, the Jaguars need to get a few things settled.

First, how serious are they about keeping Yannick Ngakoue? He and Myles Jack are the only remaining players, from the 2016 NFL Draft, on the current roster. Jack received his extension but will Jacksonville send Ngakoue packing in a blockbuster trade?

Second, the draft class of 2017 is playing out the final year of their rookie contract. There are four of them left on the roster. Who will the Jaguars let walk away and who will they keep? Leonard Fournette? Cam Robinson? Dawuane Smoot? Dede Westbrook?

Third, is winning the top priority for 2020 or not? Is Trevor Lawrence on their draft radar for 2021? Shad Khan specifically said that losing would not be acceptable after last season.

Expect these questions to be answered as time progresses. Seems like the London discussion is moot after the pan.
