LET Jalen Be Jalen

Jalen Ramsey has a big mouth.  A huge mouth and doesn’t shy away to state his opinion on anything. Jalen recent comments come from a GQ article where he gives his opinion on current Quarterbacks in the league. Jalen States “I think Matt Ryan’s overrated. You can’t tell me you win MVP two years ago, and then last year, you a complete bust, and you still got Julio Jones?”

And referring to our  quarterback in blake bortles as “Blake do what he gotta do… I think in crunch time moments, like last year’s playoff game—not as a team, because we would have trusted him”Many  people have mixed thoughts about it from “Hey he should shut his mouth and let his play handle it” to “ he should be able to he’s one of the best corners in the league.”  See example:

Although I agree with his Blake Bortles segment. You have to allow a player to be who he is. Jalen’s trash talking fuels who he is as a player and creates a tone for the team to follow. Jalen Ramsey impact on this team has been infectious.  Jalen Ramsey was the 5th pick in the 2016 NFL draft to A jaguars defense that was 29th in pass Defense allowing 268.2 yards a game the previous season. His impact has allowed the defense to improve to 5th in passing yards allowed with 215.2 yards a game in 2016, and Last season to improve to the number one Secondary in the NFL allowing 169.9 yards a game.

Jalen has always been a trash talker that’s his style but his play and team feeds off it. He plays with emotion and passion that can go along way.  As long as he remains focus and doesn’t allow his voice to disturb his play. He should be fine and the Jaguars Organization and team will continue to grow.
