Takeaways from Denver that Will Serve well for the Season

The Jacksonville Jaguars looked like a different team in the second half against Denver. Ronnie Harrison’s interception sparked the Jaguars late in the second quarter. Looks like Jacksonville have found their stride behind the rushing attack.

Will Richardson needs to become the starter at right guard. His presence made the Jaguars move the ball downfield throughout the second half. It seems like he has surpassed A.J. Cann with his outstanding performance.

The running game opened up the passing game. Gardner Minshew marched the Jaguars offense down the field for the winning field goal. Remember, Josh Rambo(nickname) is money, even with a strong wind in his face.

Jacksonville’s defense will have to do something different while Jalen Ramsey is on the sideline. Tre Herndon might be better suited as the slot cornerback. A.J. Bouye could slide into Ramsey’s role while D.J. Hayden fills Bouye’s spot.

Perhaps, the Jaguars have the moxie and luck heading into the next two games. They will face a Cam Newton-less Carolina team on Sunday. After that game, New Orleans comes into town without Drew Brees calling signals. You have to play the next game and forget the last one.
